Primary and Final FRCA Teaching
We run teaching over the Spring, Summer and Autumn terms for Primary and Final FRCA Exams. Our Trusts in the South of the region take it in turn to host the days and we aim to run 12 Primary Exam teaching days and 15 Final Teaching days per calendar year.
We run a 50:50 split of virtual and face-2-face teaching days.
All correspondence regarding information about teaching dates and attendance is run through the SPOND App. Please sign-up to the app to receive communications and RSVP to relevant teaching dates.

Once your invite has been accepted, you will be added to the correct teaching sub-group.
To attend the virtual sessions, you will need to join the Teams Peninsula FRCA Teaching channel. The channel joining code is: 2aq50dl. You can request to become a member of the channel.
Unfortunately, Teams does not allow somerset.ft email addresses to become channel members. You will require a nhs.net email address to become a member. Alternatively, you can join as a guest via the posted meeting link.
Post Graduate Study Days (PFSD)
We run 4 to 5 PFS days per calendar year. These are all run as face-2-face sessions.
Again, all correspondence regarding information about the PFSD teaching dates and attendance is run through the SPOND App. Please sign-up to the app to receive communications and RSVP to relevant teaching dates.

Local ADP Funded Courses
Please view our available local courses supported by the Annual development plan pathway. The ADP Code for each can be used on your SL claim form for travel expenses.
