Welcome to The Southwest School of Primary Care. Our school was formed in 2024, when the Severn and Peninsula Schools of Primary Care combined.
We are responsible for the delivery of the GP training programme doctors across the south west. We have ten individual training programmes – Bristol, Bath , Cornwall, East Devon & Exeter, North Devon, South Devon & Torbay, Plymouth, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Swindon.
We receive excellent learner feedback and our passion is for delivery high quality educations which focuses on supporting our learners through their training journey and helping them prepare for their career as a GP. We encourage innovation, welcome discussion, and drive improvement.
